Using Minecraft Bedrock Commands

Commands can help you to interact with your game in ways that you can't while playing normally that might entirely change the gameplay experience. This article will provide a list of some of the most useful and commonly used commands, what to type to use the command, and a brief explanation of what each command does. Minecraft has a lot of commands, so this list will only include the most useful ones. Some of these commands can be used by any player while others require you to have admin or Op status on the server. This page will go over some basic commands as well as some exclusive to Bedrock Edition.

/clear <player> item data countClears a player's inventory. If no item is specified, all items will be cleared. Items can also be cleared by data value and by number of items to clear.
/daylock <true/false>Sets the server day cycle. If enabled, daylight cycle will be disabled, and time will be set to 5000.
/kick <player> <message>Kicks a player off the server. If a message is specified, this will display to the kicked player.
/setmaxplayers <players>Sets the maximum number of players allowed on the server.
/kill <target>Kills specified entities. If the command is executed without a target, the executor will be targeted. Can target players or entities.
/say <message>Send a message to all players on the server.
/tell <player> <message>Sends a private message to a specific player.
