Delete a Server

If you want to delete one of your servers, you can do so in the Command Center.

1. Click "Manage" next to your server.
2. Click the gear tab on the left of the page.
3. Click the red "Delete Server" link below.
4. Follow the instructions in the dialog box.

Deleting your server is not the same as cancelling your plan.

When you delete a server, your plan remains active and you can create a new one at any time. If you were looking for how to cancel your plan, click here.

Recover a Server that has been Deleted

When you delete a server, you have several days until it is actually deleted. Until then, you can recover your server in the command center! The time it stays in the pending deletion state can vary. In the Command Center server list, you will see any recently deleted servers in a new "Pending Deletion" section below your active servers.

To recover a server, simply click "Recover" to the right of that server in the list. After a few seconds, your server will be back and ready to go!
