Install Starbound Mods on a Client

This tutorial should show you how to quickly install mods onto your Starbound game client. To install Starbound mods on your server, read this tutorial.

On your own computer in your Steam library, select Starbound and then choose Workshop

There are a lot of mods to choose from. If your are new to adding mods, we would suggest only adding one mod at a time to see if you like it. Make sure to read the mod description to see what mods are compatible with each other so that you don't add mods that don't work together. Find a mod that you like, such as the all time highest rated Weapon Stats mod, and then click the green subscribe button. This will download the mod to your Steam client so that the next time you start Starbound, it will be installed for you to use.
